My idea of viticulture is based on profound respect for the balance of nature.
I have said “no” to using pesticides, herbicides and chemical fertilizers.
I have said “yes” to biodiversity, safeguarding indigenous grape varieties and beekeeping in the vineyards.
Where vines, flowers, woodland and orchards coexist, bees also find a happy home.
Every day I am increasingly grateful for everything that the bees give us and teach us; protecting them is the very least we can do.
