Together with Guido Rizzotto, his sons Laura and Luca are now cooperating with more and more expertise. The whole of the production focuses on the traditional wines of this land, with a juicy and crispy Soave just to start with. The Lunalonga, a blend of stainless steel fermented Garganega and a touch of barrique fermented Trebbiano di Soave, is ripe and radiant, with yellow fruit hints and curious caper and olive aromas, which make the wine full-bodied and charming (3 glasses finalist).
